What is "Social Engineering"?

The meaning of “Social Engineering” is to get important information such as password that is important for security by eavesdropping and flickering from administrators and users of network. “Social Engineering” also has another name that is called “Social Hacking” and “Social Cracking”. For example, when employees input the password, the cracker flickers it from back. The crackers search for garbage of document from office and they try to find the note of individual identification such as password. If individual identification isn’t enough and secret information of organization’s rule of management is incomplete, the secret can easily leak. I think companies must make some rules to prevent eavesdropping and flickering for employees because these accidents are occurred directly by peoples, so they pay religious attention.
